Jue on "Multiple newsletter lists"

I wanted to know if there is a plugin out there that allows email addresses to be added to more than one list?

I've tried looking quite a lot for this but can only see plugins you have to pay for. I am trying to do this for a non-profit organisation so free would be preferable.

E.g. EMAIL1 would go into Members and All
EMAIL2 would only go into All

Hope that makes sense.
