You will not see 'year question' visually, you could only see 2 extra inputs in the html source of the page. More info how anti-spam plugin works.
Anti-spam plugin does not add website-area to comment form. It is the default WordPress input and it is not connected to Anti-spam plugin.
Anti-spam blocks spam invisibly for users. So if you stop receiving the spam than plugin works.
