@Christine - Thank you for the link :) Anyway I need a pop up window plugin that is more provides more features than that.
Core features needed:
*auto pop up when visitor visits the site the first time
*style can be customized easily
Anyway are you a developer? Do you think it will be easier if I'll just code the plugin myself? Since I think what I need is more customized.
