I'd like to find a plugin that can accept links from users and allow for everyone to vote on the links. I would also like to be able to filter the list of URLs. The end-result would look like an excel table with say 5 columns and possibly a drop-down menu in order to limit some of the content in certain columns.
The closest that I found was a plugin called tablepress, but that does not seem to have all of the features I need.
