I haven't deactivated it. Was hoping I'd find an answer here first. But I'm going to deactivate it now, I think. I'm actually more concerned about the related content being totally unrelated.

Deactivating the plugin is a technique to narrow-down underlying problems. If the problem persists whence plugins deactivate, the issue is greater than we once thought.

It looks like that CSS is within the wrong section. If you're entering it within the section allocated by that plugin, that plugin is broken. If that plugin is broken, try another Custom CSS plugin...
