Anna N. on "fully translate my site to few languages"

I tried to translate my whole site but i cant. Allways be an english expression or a word somewhere on the site... I use WPML to translate my site but its also can't translate it at all! Its not just about translating, i would like to use my site in any languages.
Should I use other plugin? The english words are in the po/mo files but on my site is stay in english.
