I can't delete any of the plugins using the 'delete' text button which sits below the plugin name in the plugins list.

activate|edit|delete
It acts as a link to the homepage in the exact same manner as the 'visit site' option top l/h corner. When I click the delete button, it just takes me straight to the homepage. I've tried uploading a different plugin and deleting it and it replicates the bug also.
