Hi folks-
I'm looking for a Sales Rep Locator plugin (doesn't matter if it's premium) that works a lot like this:

There are store locators & dealer locators, but a lot of the reps for my client don't have a brick-n-mortar location, and, their territory spans across several states.
It would be nice to be searchable by keyword, too.
I've looked for almost a week and haven't found anything that really matches this criteria.
Any suggestions?
