s3ver on "Counting comments"

Hello,
Can you help me with a plugin for counting comments? I want to see the number of comments of each user, even those who have not commented yet (their right to appear 0 or something). Preferably, the metering is appearing in admin panel.
I searched the known sources but I found nothing useful (or not I found probably did not know exactly what to look for)
If, by chance, know a code for the job, it's better.
