Just from browsing through the templating options that come with this plugin, I'm not seeing support for the feature you're looking for.
You might be better off asking the plugin developer(s) directly. Their support sub-forum can be found here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/emu2-email-users-2/
On a side note, I should mention you might just be better off finding a different plugin. I got _tons_ of errors following activation of this plugin. I don't think it's been actively supported past WP version 3.2.1. I know there are several other similar plugins available in the plugin repository that might serve you better.
