Was this plugin tested with WP 3.4.2?
I have placed the files in the plugins folder, I can see it in my plugins page, but when I click on Activate I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Gallery in \wp-content\plugins\all-video-gallery\site\gallery.php on line 9
