Lifeista on "Can't install cache"

I just can't install a plugin cache such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache. I just started using my site so I didn't have any caches installed before. When I search for the plugin, instead of the install button it shows "Not Available - The problem is not allowed on our system due to performance, security or compatibility concerns". I don't think I have any of this problems since my site is recently made and in the plugin install box it shows that is compatible with my version of wordpress. I installed Wordfence security and it scanned my site and it's perfectly secure. I searched all over the place and I didn't find an answer to my problem.
