I have a website, it has been relatively successful for around a year.

The system is that writers send me articles, I edit and upload them and they keep 100% of ad revenue.

But I want an automated system where writers submit content (articles) and that content is automatically uploaded. But only approved content is shown on the homepage . Kind of like Youtube in a way, where the website partners with content creators, but their content is not shown on the homepage until approval.
