Thank you for the assistance. I am using WP fasted cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache) and do not see an option to clear then cache however I did remove the cache for one of the latest post and still don't see the social media icon on that page.
I have then updated the WP fasted cache to the latest version however that is not helping either.
Let me know what else can I do.
