Good day!

I have a similar issue. What I've investigated:

• Meta Box Options does appear if template is custom but post type is page,
• Meta Box Options does not appear if template is custom and post type is custom (even if I set the same post's template via db),
• Meta Box Options does appear if template is custom and post type was custom but I just have change it to 'page' via db.

What's the next? Thanks.
