Skotto on "[Plugin: WordPress Charts] Radar Chart with Formidable Pro"

I've used the short code for wp chart to try and generate a radar chart from a formidable form.
The help from:

Fails to work on my page.
Does anyone have any idea, or able to offer another solution?
