Greetings, I'm spending a lot of time researching this and I would greatly appreciate input and suggestions. I realize that the best solution is likely to depend on the situation. So a little background...this is a small company website, primary purpose is marketing and posting articles. We are hosting an event that we need people to register/pay for. So just thinking a marketing page with a "Register now" button that leads to a registration page. We need secured credit card payment capability. I've read good things about WooCommerce but it seems like it might be unnecessarily complex for our needs? There are so many plugins out there. Looking for the best plugin that's easy to set up and integrate with the third-party theme (Elegant Themes), and simply but effectively accomplish this registration/payment functionality. I value the experienced opinions of the members of this forum. A grateful thank you!
