We released our plugin called Social Display a little while back. It is a simple plugin that allows you to display and customize social media icons via a widget and the theme customizer. It is currently on version 3.0 and we would love some feedback. You can download it from either the WordPress Directory or our website. Our website is using the plugin if you want to see it in action and there is further information available there.
