girll on "Enable shortcode in plugin"

Hi all. I write wordpress plugin for the first time. Now I need to enable shortcodes in my plugin. I want plugin work, when in page/post I write a specific shortcode. Like, in page I write [gallery_id = 10], and it displays gallery with id 10 in that page.

How to do it?
