nextart on "[Plugin: VR-Visitas (hits counter stats)] PHP has encountered an Access Violation"

wp 3.5.1 - plugin version 3.0.3. i have installed plugin days ago and works well until today. On my top page i receive this error on my wp site.

erroe message:
PHP has encountered an Access Violation

deactivating the plugin error disappear.
