Please help me. I want to know the plugin which support the features like this (http://www.quicksprout.com/2013/05/20/why-most-marketing-campaigns-fail-within-3-months/#more-7462)site.

This is the pop up which is behind the main pop up. After closing main pop up of the above url. The content “Sign up to read the rest of this blog post…don’t worry it’s FREE.” is written on the pop up. I am asking about this.

Does any body have any idea about such plugins?
