I'm not 100% sure if this is correct -- and there may be a better way to do this. But, you could always Create a separate wordpress install on the appetitclic.com site, and add different menu items (Particuliers, Professionel, Decouvrir) that would link to your other sites.
Edit: this is probably the best option:
Why not create a static page on Appetitclic.fr, and forward appetitclic.com to Appeticlic.fr? thats what I would do.
