I have a Wordpress site and i was wondering if there is any recommendations or any plugins that will solve the following criteria:
When you login to the admin area and create a post, to have to option as well as to publish it to the blog site, to post the content to a social network such as Facebook or Twitter page.
I have come across this plugin and was wondering if anyone has used it and if it's reliable to what i am trying to achieve?:

I already have the social network icons on each post so readers can post to their own social sites but would like the option on the back-end to post to a specific social page ?
