I am actually seeking the exact same thing for my super-awesome blog on dating, relationships, lifestyle and learning.
I love the hassle-free auto-notification of Jetpack's subscription plugin, and I want this to be connected with a pop-up window on the homepage! This must be possible somehow…anyone have any input?
