Hi guys,
I purchased Magic Affiliates to complement with Magic Members for my membership site.
Magic affiliates is supposed to work smoothly with magic members in tracking affiliate sales. But that is not what's happening.
The clicks on the affiliate links are being tracked & recorded properly but the sales are not. I have already contacted the plugin developer's support but they are very poor at this.
I even requested for a refund and they did not issue it, they don't even reply to my emails anymore. So I thought I'd ask here, maybe some people here have had this same issue and was able to resolve it?
