Rico on "[Plugin: Relevanssi] Disable OR matching?"

Hello

I can't seem to get the "AND – require all terms option to work", using version 3.0.3 and Wordpress 3.4.1. I've disabled OR fallback, but when I enter multiple search terms, I get a bunch of results that include any search term, in any order. Please help with this since this web store has over 35000 items online.
