Clarence Lee on "Plugin for community"

Hello,

I'm building a site for a church (community) and looking for plugin (or codes) to create a similar to Facebook LIKE button, basically an user can support other user's post, as well as being supported by others. And shows how many user I'm supporting and how many user is supporting me. Please give me some hints on this topic.
